Description
The powerful Puzzi 10/2 spray-extraction cleaner provides new levels of convenience and ease of use, thanks to a host of design features all intended to make carpet and upholstery cleaning more productive and therefore quicker and at lower cost. The Puzzi 10/2's 2 bar spray pressure ensures carpets are cleaned very deeply and the defoamer system reduces foam build-up in the dirty water tank, both increasing productivity compared to the Puzzi 10/1. Using the proven spray-extraction method, the Puzzi 10/2 deep cleans carpets and leaves only minimal residual moisture. This means that carpets and upholstery are left almost completely dry, reducing the risk of resoiling and enabling cleaned areas to be used again very quickly. Kärcher’s revolutionary flexible suction tool features a rotating plastic lip which ensures optimum contact is made regardless of the angle of the floor tool, dramatically improving ease of use and cleaning results.
Puzzi 10/2 is the spray extraction machine with 2 bar spray pressure. Ideal for cleaning textile surfaces. The integrated defoamer dosage prevents too much foam from forming in the dirty water tank, especially when rinsing shampooed carpets. With defoamer dosage, storage compartment for cleaning agent tabs, power outlet for PW 30/1 to increase area performance, integrated cable hook and holder for handle with trigger and suction pipe.

Delivery and Collection

We're not able to offer delivery or collection on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Your machine will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on your chosen rental start date (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Please ensure the correct person is present at the delivery address between these hours to sign for the machine and receive any training needed. If you have any questions please call us on +353 1 856 8250.
You must call us on +353 1 856 8250 or email [email protected] to terminate the Hire and obtain an ‘Off Hire Number’ on the last working day of the Hire period. Hires are not automatically terminated.
If the requested machine isn’t available we reserve the right to offer an alternative machine, alternative Hire dates, or cancel and refund the order.

Do I need to use detergent with the machine?

Detergent is recommend to give the most effective cleaning performance for operator, machine and environment. We have a wide selection of detergent available dependant on the task in hand which can be viewed in the detergents section, or alternatively if you contact us we will be able to advise on more specific applications.
What happens when I am finished with the machine?

It is your responsibility to off hire the equipment when you no longer need it. To avoid aborted journey’s we do not accept auto off hires and you must contact the hire team to obtain an off-hire reference. An off-hire reference will be provided to confirm the off hire and a collection date will be scheduled. To off hire please contact us.
Will I get training on how to use the machine?

Yes, you'll receive full training on how to operate the machine from our friendly, knowledgeable drivers when the machine is delivered. Our machines are designed to be easy to use with simple control panels.

We can deliver next day for orders placed before 2pm, subject to availability and location. We usually reliably offer next day delivery to most locations.

What happens if a machine breaks down?

We care about keeping your business running smoothly. That's why we offer a best-in-class equipment failure response when you hire machines from us. In the unlikely event that any of our rental equipment fails or malfunctions, you can rest assured knowing our expert technicians will be onsite within 24 hours to diagnose and attempt repairs on the first visit. Getting your equipment up and running again quickly is our top priority.
And if that first repair visit doesn't get your equipment fully operational, we will exchange the faulty machine within 48 hours of your initial service call. The last thing we want is for your operations to be disrupted unnecessarily.
For long-term rentals of 12 months or more, we also provide preventative maintenance by servicing all equipment annually or according to manufacturer recommendations. This helps minimize the likelihood of unexpected downtime events. Our proactive maintenance combined with our rapid response guarantee gives you confidence and peace of mind that your critical rental equipment will be operational when you need it.
