We're not able to offer delivery or collection on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Your machine will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on your chosen rental start date (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Please ensure the correct person is present at the delivery address between these hours to sign for the machine and receive any training needed. If you have any questions please call us on +353 1 856 8250.

You must call us on +353 1 856 8250 or email [email protected] to terminate the Hire and obtain an ‘Off Hire Number’ on the last working day of the Hire period. Hires are not automatically terminated.

If the requested machine isn’t available we reserve the right to offer an alternative machine, alternative Hire dates, or cancel and refund the order.

Additionally, we also perform a full demonstration of every machine that we deliver and only leave your site when you and your team are completely happy with the equipment. We even ask your team to score our driver/demonstrator on how well our handover was performed.
